Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KasiCode website and the purchase, licensing, and use of KasiCode WordPress plugins. By purchasing or using any KasiCode plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a KasiCode plugin, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified by your chosen license tier (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited).

Each license is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes access to plugin updates and priority support for the duration of the license term.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the plugin
• Use the plugin on more sites than your license tier permits
• Remove or modify any license verification mechanisms
• Use the plugin in a way that violates any applicable South African law

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect active licenses.

4. Renewal

Licenses renew annually. You will receive a reminder before your license expires. If you choose not to renew, your plugin will continue to function but you will no longer receive updates or support.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your plugin, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period.

Refunds are processed in ZAR to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Support

Active license holders receive priority email support during South African business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 SAST). We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day.

7. Updates

Active license holders receive automatic updates through WordPress. Updates may include bug fixes, security patches, new features, and compatibility updates for new WordPress versions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we make every effort to ensure compatibility and reliability, we do not guarantee that plugins will be error-free or compatible with every WordPress configuration, theme, or third-party plugin.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, KasiCode's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for that plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders. Continued use of our plugins after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
